Directions of work of our company "M&V":
1. Riveting tools and consumables to rivets:
- riveters: one-hand riveter, two-hand riveter, riveter-pantograph, ratchet riveter, pneumohydraulic riveter, accumulator riveting tools;
- nozzles-riveters (for drills with a reverse);
- accessories: rivets (detachable rivets);
- accessories: rivet nuts (threaded rivets);
- accessories: rivet pins (screw rivets);
- accessories: pivot joints (pins of increased strength).
2. Tool for punching holes, drilling, cutting:
- hole punchers for metal: manual punching tools, stationary punchers for metal, pneumatic punchers;
- drills for metal: drill bits, cone drills, stepped drills, two-sided drills;
- sheet stamps (hole punchers);
- bimetallic crown drills for metal;
- scissors for metal: lever scissors, slotted scissors, sheet scissors, figured-through scissors.
3. Latches - clamps (latches - frogs)
- clamping locks (clips, latch "frog", latch, latch-clamp, lever lock) are used in the manufacture of boxes, clamps, filterboxes, quick-detachable casings, shells, cases of technological and other equipment, in furniture production.
4. Machine tools for metal working (sheet metal):
- for the ventilation industry (manufacturing of air ducts);
- machines for the production of chimneys;
- machine tools for making the shell (for insulation work).
5. Tool:
- electro-mounting tool (for crimping of terminals, for removal of insulation, dielectric, cable cutter, side-cutter);
- building tools (saws, hacksaws, knifes, hammers, mallets, sledge hammers, tool boxes);
- measuring tools (rulers, tape measures, levesl, gons, calipers, feelers, scribers);
- locksmith tools (screwdrivers, bits, overfilens, pipe wrenches).
6. Also our employees carry out technical and information support of customers: start-up and adjustment of equipment; warranty and post-warranty service; supply of spare parts and consumables; training in working with tools and equipment; acquaintance with new technologies in the sheet-processing direction.
Our company regularly participates in international exhibitions of different directions, expanding the range of products offered and acquiring more and more regular customers. Look for our stand (M&V FLP Vashchenko V.G.) at the largest Ukrainian exhibitions!
In order to reduce the cost, we began selling products from Ukrainian manufacturers, as an alternative to the above equipment. They also opened their own production of a sheet metal processing tool.
7. We provide metalworking services: our subsidiary Metal Solution Studio carries out such orders as bending of pipes of various profiles, channels, angles, boxes, rolled metal, sheets, radius bending, rolling; Drilling works, metal punching; Threading works, metal cutting (plasma cutting), guillotine cutting; Installation of rivets Ø 2.4-6.4 mm, rivet nuts M3-M12 and studs M4-M8 (all materials). It also manufactures mounting profiles, ventilation flanges, welded air ducts and various metal structures to order.
