Delivery and payment

Dear customers!

If you wish you can pick up order by yourself from our store at the address: Kyiv, st. Viscozna, 3. However, if you don't have the opportunity to visit us, we will deliver your order to the address specified by you throughout Ukraine.

Please read the terms of delivery:

1) The minimum order is 400 UAH for sending the goods by the carrier (Nova Pochta, Deliveri, etc.).

2) If you purchase a tool or accessories for the amount of 6500 UAH, delivery in Ukraine is free of charge (to the Nova Pochta branch). When ordering a targeted delivery or purchasing a promotional product, the delivery is paid by the buyer.

3) Delivery of machines and big equipment is negotiated individually.

4) It is also possible to send by a Nova Pochta throughout Kiev to the address you specified. Attention - due to the martial law on the territory of Ukraine, we are not able to send goods through the branches of Nova Poshta. Therefore, they are forced to call a courier, which is reflected in the timing and cost of delivery. We will try to improve the situation in the near future, thank you for your understanding.

5) In the presence of the goods in the warehouse and 100% of the payment, the order is sent to the same day (before 14:00).

When buying our products, you can use any form of payment convenient for you:

- Payment of VAT to the current account of the enterprise;

- Privat-24 / transfer to PrivatBank card;

- Cash on delivery;
