Warranty on pneumatic tools:

The terms of the guarantee provide for free repair of the tool in case of detection of a factory defect.

Warranty period of 12 months from the date of sale.

All claims for quality will be considered only after checking the product in the service center.

However, the workshop has the right to refuse free repair in the following cases:
In the absence of a consignment note or a guarantee certificate;

When using the tool for other purposes or for improper use (see operating instructions);
In the presence of mechanical damage (cracks, chips, traces of shocks and falls, deformation of the body, or any other elements of the structure);
If there are foreign objects inside the unit;
If there are signs of self-repair;
If there are changes in the design of the product;
Contamination of the unit, both internally and externally, rust, etc .;
Defects are the result of improper or negligent exploitation, transportation, storage, disaster, accident, etc .;
Defect is the result of natural wear and tear.

Guarantee not for replaceable attachments, as well as for any other products having a natural limited life.

The warranty conditions do not provide for the prevention and cleaning of the unit, as well as the departure of the master to the installation site for the purpose of its connection, adjustment, repair or consultation.

Transportation costs are not included in the scope of warranty service.

The warranty repair status is determined by the service engineer after full product diagnostics within up to 5 working days.

Terms of repair and repair up to 10 working days if they are in stock and up to 2 months in the case of their special order and delivery.
