Manual riveter for threaded rivets М3-М12;

The new model of own production of our firm "M&V - Metal & Ventilation" - MV-2022! Riveting device for installing nut rivets from any material (aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel), size from M3 to M12, depending on the selected mandrel. As simple as possible in its design and use, it has a very compact size and light weight, so it is perfect for repairing cars, engines, chassis, bodywork, furniture, control panels and appliances, as well as for various repair, installation, locksmith and construction work. Our technologists have modified the design of the tool for convenience and ease of operation. This makes it easier and more reliable to work with.

The main difference between this model and the previous one (MV-2021) is that the main parts of the body and parts of the new model were subjected to special treatment, blueing - a special type of oxidation, which forms a protective film of characteristic black color. This protective layer significantly extends the service life of the tool (30% longer!), protecting it from damage and harmful effects. Thus, the new model has become even more durable and reliable!

The tool is made of durable metal alloy and is suitable for any conditions of use, it is not afraid of cold or falling. Due to its small size, it will allow working in the most inaccessible places, as well as in conditions where it is impossible to use other riveting equipment or welding. The service is also absolutely undemanding. To use this riveter, you need two wrenches to rotate the mandrel that pulls the rivet.
