Riveting service

Our firm MV-Tools provides the installation services: rivets (Ø 2.4 - 6.4 mm), reinforced rivets (Ø 4.8 - 9.8 mm), rivet nuts (M3 - M16), rivet pins (M4 - M8), and LockBOLT pin dowels (Ø 4.8 - 10.0 mm).

Rivets:

Diameters: 2.4 / 3.0 / 3.2 / 4.0 / 4.8 / 5.0 / 6.0 / 6.4 mm;

Materials: AL / AL, AL / ST, AL / A2, ST / ST, A2 / A2 (possibility to install rivets from materials outside this list - check with managers);

Types of rivets: STANDART, MULTI, CUP, RILLI, STAR, MASS;

Also we install reinforced rivets of the type: GO-LOCK, M-LOCK, PREMIUM-LOCK.

Rivet nut:

Internal thread: M3 / M4 / M5 / M6 / M8 / M10 / M12 (possibility of installing rivet nuts M14 and M16 - check with the managers);

Materials: galvanized steel (ST), aluminum (AL), stainless steel (A2 / A4), neoprene (EPDM) (possibility to install rivet nuts from materials outside this list - check with managers);

Types of rivets: standard, sweat, reduced collar, closed, hexagonal, semi-hexagonal, split, petal, neoprene.

Rivet stud:

External thread: M4 / M5 / M6 / M8;

Material: galvanized steel.

Pin connections:

The LOCKBOLT connection, 6.4 mm in diameter made of galvanized or stainless steel.
