The model Magnabend 2500 E has a bending beam length of 2500 mm and a clamping power of 12.0 tons.
Thanks to design, Magnabend electromagnetic bending machine makes incredible blanks: it produces products of the most unusual and complex configuration. The basis of this machine is a longitudinal electromagnet with a clamp strip made of steel and placed higher. Workpiece, in the process of work is fixed due to a powerful electromagnet between the two slats. The desired bend is formed by turning the bend bar (it is located in front of the machine and is attached to unusual hinges).
When working, the workpiece is fixed to the bending machine by an electromagnetic press with a force of 4.5 tons/meter. Bending with the help of Magnabend is carried out by turning the beam, fixed on special two-axle hinges. Force is applied only in the place of its creation; It does not need to be passed along the chain further - to the support elements that are behind the machine. Therefore, the clamping mechanism does not need the massive nature of the structures, hence the technique acquires a neat, small-sized appearance and produces sophisticated technology products. The ability of the clamping bar to pass through the required volume of magnetic flux dictates the parameters of its thickness. Profile blanks are obtained qualitatively even due to the same effort to fix. The bending machine is very wear-resistant (resource not less than 10 years), because friction of details is not involved at all.








The Magnabend bending machine is equipped with a dual-mode electromagnet. The locking mode spends 30 percent of the working power, it starts after the location of the part in the work area. The operating mode is used when the bending traverse begins to move. When the bending is completed and the bending traverse is retracted to the initial position, the workpiece is automatically released. This scheme of actions is the key to increasing productivity and saving the worker's energy. The bending machine does not allow overloading the built-in protection. When overestimating the maximum possible capacity of the equipment, the clamping bars are easily attenuated. As a result, possible machine failure is almost impossible.
