Hammer for metalworks 300-1000 g, fiberglass rubber-coated handle, square striker. 

This hammer combines high quality, advanced technology in manufacturing and reliability in operation. The working part of the tool is milled, ground and securely fixed to the fiberglass handle with a metal corrugated wedge and epoxy resin.

The head has a selective hardening. The shape of the striker is square. The hardness of the striker - the part of the head assuming the maximum load, is 50-52 HRc at a depth of 3 mm. The head sock is more plastic, its hardness is 44-46 HRc. The area of ​​connection of the head and handle - part which not subject to heavy loads, the most ductile, has a hardness of 34-36 HRc.

Selective hardening provides the working parts of the head with high strength and prevents the formation of chips on the faces. The fiberglass handle in the lower part is equipped with a soft rubber lining, which prevents the tool from slipping out of the hand and provides the hammer with excellent absorption of vibrations that occur during impact without transferring them to the hand.
