Contact welding machine with radial stroke of electrodes PEI-POINT series BSP.

These stationary radial type machines are designed to perform a wide range of tasks in the field of spot welding of steel parts. The radial type of machines is characterized by the fact that rotary motion is used to create a force on the electrodes. Such machines have a foot drive from an air cylinder. High functionality of this device makes it possible to work in hard-to-reach places and with workpieces of various sizes and shapes.

There are several modifications in the BSP series: 216, 221, 226.

BSP series:

Modern and reliable machines of this series are more advanced and equipped with high-tech equipment that greatly facilitates work with the device and increases its productivity. Most processes are automated, which allows the operator to perform work quickly and safely. Cooling of the lower arm of the device comes from the inside of the body. This configuration allows you to weld pipes with a diameter of 75 mm (or of 55 mm using a diminutive lower shoulder) and efficiently use all 700 mm shoulder strap that allows weld pipes up to 1500 mm long.

Total information:

- all machines of the BSP series have a strong mechanical design, are characterized by high build quality and reliability in operation;

- water cooling system for electrodes and electric holders;

- the possibility of adjusting the length of the arms (arms) along the length. With the increase in the outreach (arm length), the gap between the electrodes increases, and the force at the electrodes decreases proportionally;

- durable electrodes made of copper-chromium alloy, designed for long-term high loads during heavy duty operation;

- adjustable course of the electrodes themselves, straight and angled installation of electrodes;

- built-in safety thermostats that monitor the temperature of contact surfaces;

Features of the BSP series:

- electromechanical pedal operator with pneumatic drive gives complete control over the welding process, eliminating the risk of untimely start / interruption of welding;

- the force on the electrodes is regulated by a pneumatic filter regulator unit with a semi-automatic condensate drain system;

- the pneumatic cylinder does not require lubrication;

- valve-controlled closing / opening of electrodes;

- low noise level of air release thanks to special silencers;

- digital welding controller PX1700 with a wide functionality, which provides synchronous control of the welding process. Has built-in memory, supports recording up to 9 different welding programs. Allows you to adjust the time, smoothness, frequency of welding pulses, pauses between them, hold, automatic repetition, etc .;
