Flap discs of the RinG trademark are a modern elastic abrasive tool and have a number of unique performance properties. Flap wheels are used when working with hand-held angle grinders.

Due to its design features: the intermittent arrangement of the sanding skin petals, flap wheels do not get greasy, ensures quiet operation and no overheating at the processing site. The gradual firing of the petals ensures the self-sharpening of the flap wheels. As a result, the efficiency of their application increases the work productivity by 2 times in comparison with the traditional processing with abrasive paper. Flap wheels show good results when processing flat surfaces. The uniformity and smoothness of transitions is ensured, no cuts and other defects are formed.

Characteristically, due to the elasticity of the petals, flap wheels are easily profiled when processing shaped surfaces. High stability and significant material removal are the main advantages of the RinG.
