Corner pattern MICROTECH.
Includes 20 kinds of different angular sizes. Structurally it looks like two folded fans with 2 flat-knuckled plates connected to each other with ready-made standard samples for measuring angles. At the same time, when folded, the model takes up half the storage space. Convenient and safe construction has a light weight and is made of special grades of steel, which are practically not exposed to corrosion.
On each plate sample, a certain range of angular measurements, expressed in degrees, is indicated. The use of this convenient device makes it possible to significantly save the time of manufacturing the parts and ensure the identity of the given parameters with the current normative and technical documentation.
Angular patterns are used to determine the angular sizes of assemblies and parts whose quality of work depends on the accuracy of these dimensions (for example, bearings with conical rollers, dovetail type guides, spindle ends of tools, tools).
The template is allowed to operate at an ambient temperature of +10 to + 35 ° C and a relative humidity of not more than 80% at a temperature of + 25 ° C. The content of corrosive gases in the environment is not allowed. Operation in an explosive atmosphere is not allowed.
