Bending of sheet metal

Bending of metal is the process of obtaining a product of a given shape and parameters, from the billet of sheet metal, when processing on special sheet bending equipment.

Bending works have a number of advantages, rather than welded structures:

- higher strength of the structure is ensured, since it excludes defects typical for welded seams (welds, etc.);

- bending is a cheaper type of metalworking (as there is no need to clean the weld, and the time required to perform technological operations is much less);

- Longer service life of finished products, due to the preservation of the integrity of the metal, which leads to a reduction in the likelihood of corrosion.

Our company, M & V (FLP Vashchenko), has been fulfilling orders for more than 6 years in such spheres as:

- sheet metal bending;

- Rolling metal;

- Radius bending of pipes (bending of a square pipe, bending of a profile pipe)

- bending of a corner, channel;

We use the equipment manufactured by the company "ILMAKSAN" (bending sheet metal up to 1.5 mm thick) and reliable powerful sheet benders "IV2144P" (sheet metal bending from 2 mm to 5 mm thick).
