Universal nozzle "Astro ADN38 " for rivet nuts M5-M10;

This XL drill/screwdriver adapter is a combination of power and high technology in your hands! The nozzle body is machined using a robotic machine with software control from a solid metal billet. And original Japanese bearings provide durability and increased traction with very compact dimensions.

The ADN38 model is a more powerful analogue of the ADN14 model and is designed to work with threaded rivets made of aluminum (M5-M10), galvanized and stainless steel (M5-M8), and other materials (M5-M6). The maximum possible stroke when installing the rivet is 18 mm. Using a standard 1/4" (6.35 mm) hexagonal shank, it can be connected to any drill/screwdriver that meets the following requirements:

when working with aluminum and galvanized (M5) rivets - a voltage of at least 12 V (for battery-powered models) and a maximum torque of at least 21.5 Nm;
when working with galvanized (up to M8) and stainless (M5) rivets - a voltage of at least 14.4 V (for battery-powered models) and a maximum torque of at least 21.5 Nm;
when working with M10 rivets and stainless rivets larger than M5 - a voltage of at least 18 V (for battery-powered models) and a maximum torque of at least 45.2 Nm;

The adapter is supplied in a durable and convenient plastic case, complete with interchangeable nozzles of different sizes - M5, M6, M8, M10 (10-24, 1/4", 2/16" and 3/8" respectively) and a wrench to replace them.

Important! A few operating tips:

The adapter is designed to work at low speeds. The recommended speed is up to 240 rpm.
For the correct operation of the nozzle and the creation of a high-quality connection, the rivet should require no more than 18 mm of travel for installation.
Do not use the nozzle when the "perforator" mode is turned on.
