Manual flanging machine ZS-50; 

ZS-50 is a manual flanging machine designed to perform certain operations for the processing of metalworking: rolling the bead, rolling out the stiffener, bending the circular edge, sealing the seams, corrugating the end of the shell, etc. With the help of the ZS-50 zig-machine, one operator is able to perform all necessary rolling operations. This flanging machine is easy to operate and maintain. Roller fo flanging machine are reliable and durable, do not require additional maintenance.

The beading machine is used:

• for flanging on the edges of pipes.
• for making flanging on the edges of cut-ins;
• for performing edge bending operations (edge lifting);
• for making flanging on the edges of long round pipes;
• for rolling pipes;
• for branch connection of segments of bends of round pipes;
• for settling a standing lock on blanks of air ducts and drainpipes;
• for transverse and circular cutting of pipes;
• for forming a double bead;
• for a stop bead;
• for reducing the diameter of the end of pipes;

The standard delivery set includes 9 pairs of rollers.
