Professional set of multi-tooth cobalt countersinks for making precise conical holes and countersinks in hardened high-strength Hardox steel. The set includes three countersinks with a diameter of 12.4 mm, 16.5 mm and 20.5 mm. The tools are made of high-speed cobalt steel HSSE HSSCo8 and have a ZrN+ (zirconium nitride) coating, which increases the wear resistance of the working surfaces. The countersinks are made according to the DIN 335C standard, have a countersink angle of 90° and 5 cutting teeth. The shank with a diameter of 10 mm is equipped with three anti-rotation planes.
Countersinks are designed for use on drilling, turning and milling machines without numerical control. Suitable for processing Hardox 400, Hardox 450 and Hardox 500 steel. Due to the fragility of HSSCo8 steel and the sensitivity of the cutting edges to vibrations and shock loads, it is not recommended to use the set in hand and cordless drills.
