Thread pattern MICROTECH.

Threaded patterns are used to determine the thread pitch and its profile (number of threads per inch of thread) with small accuracy. They are widely used in various industries.

The nominal thickness of the templates is 0.5 mm. Threaded templates are assembled in sets for monitoring the metric (in increments from 0.4 to 6.0 mm) and inch (from 2.8 to 4 threads per inch) threads.

The template is allowed to operate at an ambient temperature of +10 to + 35 ° C and a relative humidity of not more than 80% at a temperature of + 25 ° C. The content of corrosive gases in the environment is not allowed. Operation in an explosive atmosphere is not allowed.
