Measuring tester MICROTECH.
It is used to control the clearance between planes or generators of a curved shape. Measuring probes are necessary to measure small distances, gaps, for example, in engine building, for adjusting valve clearances, radial clearance of bearings, and for aligning equipment (determining the opening of half couplings and accurate determination of the "soft paw" type), etc.
Measurements with the help of a probe are carried out according to the principle "passes - does not pass". In the measured gap, flat plates are inserted one after the other from the set of probes until one of the plates barely enters the gap, and the next one will no longer be placed.
The probe can be operated at an ambient temperature of +10 to + 35 ° C and a relative air humidity of not more than 80% at a temperature of + 25 ° C. The content of corrosive gases in the environment is not allowed. Operation in an explosive atmosphere is not allowed.
