Universal welder's template USHZ-3.
The universal welder template is used to control the quality of pipe elements, electrodes, processes of assembly and welding of joints, as well as processing edges for a weld seam during pipeline construction.
Technical characteristics:

• Control of the depth of sinks on the pipe surface, mm 0 - 15;
• Control of the depth of notches on the pipe end, mm 0 - 15;
• Control of the bevel angles of the edges, degrees 0 - 45;
• Control of the blunting value, mm 0 - 50;
• Gap measurement range, mm 0 - 4;
• Control of the excess of the edges during assembly, mm 0 -15;
• Control of wire diameters, mm 1; 1.2; 2; 2.5; 3; 3.25; 4; 5;
• Control of the depth of processing of the joint to the root layer, mm 0 - 15;
• Measuring range of edge overhang after welding, mm 0 – 15; Measuring range of seam width, mm 0 – 50.
