Milling cutters
It's used for deburring, grinding of welded seams, removal of welded reinforcements, surface treatment along planes with the possibility of grinding, connection processing.
Milling cutters of the German company RUKO are of high quality and are represented in the following variations:
Milling cutters carbide-tipped for aluminum
Carbide tipped cutters with a high-speed-cutting steel shank for aluminum. It's used for non-ferrous metals, aluminum, copper, brass, zinc, cast iron and plastic.

Milling cutters carbide-tipped (T)
Carbide cutters with a high-speed-cutting steel shank with multidirectional nothes. These multidirectional nothes increase the cutting performance. It's used for high-alloy, stainless, acid-resistant, heat-resistant steel, cast iron and plastic.

Milling cutters carbide-tipped TiCN
It's the same as carbide cutters (T), but with a titanium-carbon-nitride coating. Due to this coating for wear protection TiCN, the hardness of the tool surface increases by about 3000 HV (microhardness), and the heat resistance - up to 400° C. This increases the service life and productivity. It's used for high-alloy, stainless, acid-resistant, heat-resistant steel, cast iron and plastic.
Given such a difference, as well as a variety of different forms of milling cutters, it is important to know which cutter is best suited for processing a particular material. Below is a table of milling cutters usage:
