Pneumohydraulic rivet tool Gesipa PH AXIAL for blind rivets Ø 2.4-5.0. 

The PH Axial is a pneumatic-hydraulic blind rivet setting tool with simple and convenient handling for vertical use in assembly stations. The tool has an integrated blind rivet suction and mandrel ejection system, which eliminates the need for retrofitting and ensures secure disposal of the spent mandrels via a hose into a central container. The hydraulic head is made of aluminum with a wear-proof cylinder surface. The pneumatic cylinder is made of die-cast aluminum. The working piston is made of hardened and hard chromium-plated steel, making the tool easy to handle and wear-proof. The PH Axial has a quick bleeding system with fast return and high working rate. The rivet gun has a low-noise pneumatic switch as well as a simple and low-interference valve design.

Operating range:
Gesipa PH AXIAL works with all rivet materials with a diameter of 4.0 mm to 5.0 mm, as well as rivets from 2.4 mm to 3.2 mm - when using special reduced nozzles.
