Nozzle for extractor rivet and rivet nut Astro ARN011

This XL drill/screwdriver adapter is a combination of power and high technology in your hands! The body of the nozzle is turned using a robotic machine with software control from a solid metal billet. And the original Japanese bearings provide durability and increased traction power with very compact dimensions.

Model ARN011 is a comprehensive solution and combines two tools: a nozzle for a rivet nut M4 - M12, and a nozzle for a pull rivet 2.4 - 6.4 mm. ARN011 is intended for work: with threaded rivets made of aluminum (M4-M12), galvanized steel (M4-M8), and stainless steel (M4-M6); with exhaust rivets made of aluminum (2.4-6.4), galvanized steel (2.4-6.4), and stainless steel (2.4-5.0). The maximum possible stroke when installing a rivet is 18 mm. With a standard 1/4" (6.35 mm) hex shank, it can be connected to any drill/driver that meets the following requirements:

The adapter is delivered in a durable and convenient plastic case, complete with interchangeable nozzles of various sizes - M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12 for the rivet nut. Separately in the case there is a head and nozzle for the transition of the tool to the installation of the extraction rivet and a set of nozzles for the extraction rivet: 3.0-3.2, 4.0, 4.8-5.0, 6.0, 6.4 mm. The set also includes an extension for a 1/4" screwdriver and a service key.

The nozzle is equipped with a metal stop handle, thanks to which it is very convenient to hold the nozzle in the hand and work even with large rivet sizes. The metal handle is attached to the nozzle on the bearing, which allows it to rotate around the latter by 360 degrees to ensure the convenience of working in any position. The handle can be locked in any position with a special lock.
