This hand-held hydropneumatic tool is designed for soft and shock-free riveting. Efficient in operation, powerful and lightweight, "Mistral-1" can install "Speed Rivet" rivets with a diameter of up to 4.8 mm. Soft, non-impact riveting reduces the risk of potential material damage. In addition, these riveters require little maintenance, and the latest shock absorption system improves the cushioning of the device and protects the mechanical parts.

In addition, another advantage of this tool is the special principle of its operation. Instead of inserting a rivet each time for its installation, a rod with a whole row of rivets, exposed in series, is inserted into the long nose of the tool. Thus, when installing one rivet, the next one is immediately fed from the nozzle. This allows you to significantly speed up the work process, as well as automate it.

Options for use by the operator

The simplest option is a standard manual, it provides the operator with good mobility at the workplace. Being light and convenient to use, "Mistral-1" will provide easy riveting. The speed of work depends on the skills of the operator and can ideally reach up to 70 rivets/min.

This tool is also designed for suspension, which greatly simplifies the work. The operator has a perfect view of the parts, the rivet is easily inserted into the hole and installed. The tool can be suspended on a balancer or fixed on a pantograph using horizontal guides. The riveting can be actuated either by hand-button valve or by pedal, the riveting speed reaches up to 80 rivets/min!

Also, this riveter can be fixed at the workplace at the desired point where the workpieces will be fed. This option requires a minimum of unnecessary movements and is also highly productive - up to 80 rivets/min. It is controlled by a pedal (optional).
