Push-on fastener (axial lock) Titgemeyer Starlock Ø1,5 - 25,0 mm with stainless steel round cap.

These fasteners, also called axial washers or retainers, are used as a fast, permanent and effective assembly tool for fixing shafts and rods of steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics. Titgemeyer Starlock retainers are made of high-quality high-carbon steel and specially heat-treated to ensure safe and reliable fixing.

Using:

Fasteners Starlock simply put on the rod or shaft, pressing them to the desired position. The fastener is fixed in the selected place and creates a strong stop. Thus, there is no need for threading, grooves, welding of limiters and other costly operations. Starlock can be installed either manually or automatically, using special equipment. And the fasteners are so reliable that after installation they can be removed only by cutting them.

There are various models of Starlock available, this model supplied with a protective stainless steel round cap that will hide the fixing element from external influences and make a neat appearance. Also available are various manufacturing materials: lacquered steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum (on request).
