Plastic rivet TITGEMEYER TIFAS® 4.5x26.0 mm / 6.0-10.5 mm

TIFAS® plastic rivets are high-quality plastic blind rivets with an expandable shaft, made of viscoelastic, corrosion-resistant PA 6.6 material, which makes them light, dielectric and durable.They can be installed even manually, without complex tools - with a simple finger press or a standard manual riveter. These rivets do not damage painted surfaces, do not cause thermal deformations, as they are installed without heating, which allows the shape of the components to be preserved. Thanks to their smooth large head, they have an aesthetic appearance after installation and provide reliable fastening even for decorative elements. Areas of application: industry, automotive industry, body construction, assembly of bodies or panels and many other industries where a light and corrosion-resistant connection is required.

To install a rivet you need a manual or pneumohydraulic riveting tool "riveter". To install a standard rivet 2,4 / 3,0 / 3,2 / 4,0 / 4,8 / 5,0 riveters are used:   one-handed riveter GO-55, riveter GO-3 reinforced, riveter GO-360, two-handed riveter GO-40, pneumohydraulic riveter RL 20A, pneumohydraulic riveting pistol AIRPOWER 1, battery pistol GO-100. For the standard rivet installation 4,0 / 4,8 / 5,0 / 6,0 / 6,4 riveters are used:  riveter GO-25-SN, pneumohydraulic riveter AIRPOWER 2, pneumohydraulic riveter RL 40N, battery riveter GO-200. To install reinforced rivets, the AIRPOWER 3 pneumohydraulic rivet tool is used, the pneumohydraulic riveter RL 100 is used to install the reinforced rivet nut, and the pneumohydraulic riveter RL 75 is used to install the pin joints.
