Motorized folding machine SCHECHTL MAB. 

Electromechanical sheet benders Schechtl MAB are universal machines with a working length up to 4040 mm (for MAB 400) for bending steel sheets up to 3 mm thick (for MAB 200). The sheet, securely clamped by the clamping beam of the machine, does not slip, which ensures accuracy and dimensional stability.

SCHECHTL MAB delivering from the factory complete with a support grid on the back (unless the back gauge with swiveling fingers is ordered). The support grid prevents sagging of the processed details and considerably simplifies work. Bearings and bending guides require almost no maintenance.

The SCHECHTL MAB electromechanical folding machine is issued with three types of management: ST, ECT, CNC:

ST control

The system allows for full control of the machine and the work process (sheet bending). It has a function for saving and loading templates to speed up repetitive operations and, as a result, the production process. Ability to control using TeamViewer via RJ45 cable connection (by the customer). 10.4-inch screen. Unlimited template storage.

ЕСТ control
Allows you to use the touch screen to set the length of the element, bending angle, lifting height of the clamping beam. The back stop with the electric drive sets depth of installation to 750 mm, with an error to 0,3 mm. Up to 250 programs can be stored in the controller's memory, with 36 bending elements in each. A three-dimensional image of the product is displayed on the screen. The bending machine is started by means of a foot switch.

CNC (СNC S-Touch) control
The screen displays a graphical image of the bending process of the selected profile, an image of the position of the nested sheet before each bend, a guide for the operator from the moment the machine is turned on. Each work step is accompanied by a graphic image on the screen. By means of the controller such parameters as are set: depth of installation of a sheet, a bend angle, height of the rest, turn of an envelope. On the touch screen of sheet bending it is possible to search for a profile by designation, by sketch or by cross section.

- Connecting voltage: 3 x 400 Volt, 50 Hz (within the EU);
