Motorized folding machine SCHECHTL MAZ. 

The SCHECTEL MAZ electromechanical bending machine with working length to 4040 mm (for MAZ 200) allows to bend a steel sheet up to 3,5 mm thick (for MAZ 200). The installed CNC S-Touch controller increases productivity of sheet bending in comparison with machines with manual control. The SCHECTEL MAZ machine is equipped with the eccentric Mechanism of clamp of preparations. The two-sided drive of a bending beam increases accuracy of processing and uniform bending on all working length. Clamping and bending bearings do not require maintenance.

CNC (СNC S-Touch) control
The screen displays a graphical image of the bending process of the selected profile, an image of the position of the nested sheet before each bend, a guide for the operator from the moment the machine is turned on. Each work step is accompanied by a graphic image on the screen. By means of the controller such parameters as are set: depth of installation of a sheet, a bend angle, height of the rest, turn of an envelope. On the touch screen of sheet bending it is possible to search for a profile by designation, by sketch or by cross section.

- foot switch;
- 32 amp connection plug with 5 m cable (within the EU);
