Manual folding machine SCHECHTL UKV.
The manual segment bending machine SCHECHTL UKV, in comparison with sheet bending UK, has more powerful elements of clamping beam, bending beam and lower beam. The segments on the folds of UKV have different widths. By setting a certain set of segments, the required working length is set. In UKV machines, for fastening of segments, uses a patented method of attachment, which allows you to quickly remove them, install, adjusting to the desired face length. On the backside of a segment manual folding machine is installed toolbox, in which segments are stored. At the same time, it serves as a support for the workpiece. In addition, it is possible to order various systems of stops for restriction of depth of processing, a roller shear, rolling device and other additional equipment.
