Suspended twin-spot welding machine PEI-POINT DR series.

This welding machine is one of the multi-spot machines. This is a small hand-held device of synchronous two-point contact welding, which, due to its small size, can be suspended using a balancer, which allows it to be used in different working areas and assembly lines, without any difficulty moving the device between them. Often, multispot welders is used for the production of reinforcement, road, masonry or welded mesh, and can also be used when working with sheet metal.
The model range of devices of the DR series is presented by two models: DR 8, DR 15.

Features of the DR series:

- strong, wearproof and reliable design;

- low weight and dimensions, allowing to install welding in a convenient place, mounting it on the suspension;

- optionally: PEI-POINT balancer for pendant mounting of the device can be included in the package;

Controllers:

The devices of the DR series can be equipped with one of two welding controllers:

- welding controller S1, adjustment of welding pulse time and power with potentiometers;

- optional: digital welding controller PX1700 with a wide range of functions, providing synchronous control of the welding process. Has built-in memory, supports recording up to 9 different welding programs. Allows you to adjust the time, smoothness, frequency of welding pulses, pauses between them, hold, automatic repetition, etc .;
