Modular twin-spot welding machine PEI-POINT GS series.

This welding machine is one of the multi-spot machines. It can be used in a single mode of operation, and several such devices can be combined into a single modular welding machine. Often, multispot welders are used for the production of reinforcement, road, masonry or welded mesh, and can also be used with sheet metal.
The model range of machines of the GS series is presented by two models: GS 30, GS 40.

Features of the GS series:

- strong, wearproof and reliable design;

- low weight and dimensions, allowing to install welder in a convenient place, fix it motionless or on a suspension;

- full water cooling of working knots;

- the possibility of independent work in the mode of one-sided twin-spot welding;

- several devices can be connected using a PXCT6 cable for synchronous or sequential operation, which will increase performance and reduce energy consumption;

Controllers:

The GS series can be equipped with one of two welding controllers:

- digital welding controller PX1700 with a wide range of functions, providing synchronous control of the welding process. Has built-in memory, supports recording up to 9 different welding programs. Allows you to adjust the time, smoothness, frequency of welding pulses, pauses between them, hold, automatic repetition, etc .;

- controller of a constant welding current PY600 (optional). On request, this controller can be installed if welding with DC is required. It has simple settings for the time increase of current, welding current, time to reduce current, set limit values, has memory cells for parameters and welding programs.
