Automatic contact welding system with a coordinate table with a linear stroke of electrodes PEI-POINT PFA series.

PFA are “smart” machines, the main feature of which is the presence of a coordinate table and full automation of the welding process. Thanks to the automatic positioning system and computer control, the operator’s participation in the welding process is minimized, which increases the accuracy, efficiency and safety of work. It also saves not only time, but also funds invested in the process - such an advantage plays a significant role when using welding machines in small and medium industrial production. With the PFA, it is possible to perform spot and projection welding on two axes, and the built-in CNC system has simple flexible settings for programming the process, as well as a self-learning function for maximum precision in operation, avoiding defects and streamlining the workflow when using the same type of welding programs.

These machines are available for work not only with alternating current, but also with direct current. Models with inverter are equipped with welding transformer, the voltage of which, after rectification, is supplied to the welding arc. DC arc is more stable and has a better dynamic response. The use of inverter technology allows not only to improve the quality indicators of the welding arc, but also to increase efficiency, to realize smooth adjustments to the welding parameters, and to ensure minimal spatter during welding.

There are several modifications in the PFA series: X130, XL130, X180 INVERTER, XL180 INVERTER.

Other features of the model include a robust mechanical structure, high build quality and reliability in operation. Full water cooling of the transformer, working units and electrodes increases the permissible time of continuous operation of the device and allows you to work with sheets of metal of greater thickness. Electrodes of copper-chrome alloy are designed for long-term high loads when working in heavy duty. Also, safety thermostats are built in to monitor the temperature of the contact surfaces and stop welding in case of excessive overheating.

- digital welding controller PX1700 with a wide functionality, which provides synchronous control of the welding process. Has built-in memory, supports recording up to 9 different welding programs. Allows you to adjust the time, smoothness, frequency of welding pulses, pauses between them, retention, automatic repetition, the function of welding unrefined and contaminated blanks (including with traces of oxidation), etc .;
