Resistance spot welding machines with a radial arm stroke BSM RF, made by PEI-POINT, are considered basic among equipment of this type. These stationary welders are designed for a wide range of resistance spot welding applications in stainless steel, structural steel and galvanized steel. To adjust the spot welding mode, BSM machines have an analogue welding control unit. The force on the electrodes is created by a mechanical pedal, and depends on the physical force applied to it and the length of the shoulder overhang. The high functionality of this industrial welding machine makes it possible to work in hard-to-reach places and with workpieces of various sizes and shapes. BSM RF spot welding machines have complete cooling of the transformer, arms, electrode holders and the electrodes themselves, which is supplied from the inside of the machine body. This configuration allows you to weld pipes with a diameter of 75 mm (or from 55 mm using the reduced lower arm) and effectively use the entire 700 mm of the arm overhang, for welding products up to 1500 mm in length.
