These stationary radial arm spot welding machines are designed for welding a wide variety of workpieces. In resistance spot welding machines of the BSP INVERTER model, made by Pei-Point, the force on the electrodes depends on the set air pressure and the length of the overhang of the arms. BSP INVERTER resistance welding machines have complete water cooling of electrodes, electrode holders, arms and transformer. A significant advantage of this welding equipment is the peculiarity of the cooling design of the lower arm: cooling channels made in the body of the arm, and the hose connection made in the machine body - there are no hoses outside. This configuration allows you to weld pipes and fittings with a diameter of 75 mm (or from 55 mm using the reduced lower arm) and effectively use all 700 mm of the shoulder overhang, which allows you to weld pipes up to 1500 mm in length.

The PX1700 MFDC digital resistance spot welding control unit installed on this welding equipment provides precision and reliable control over the welding process thanks to its advanced capabilities. This controller has a built-in memory and supports the recording of up to 100 different modes of resistance spot welding. It allows wider adjustment of spot welding parameters, allows connecting additional sensors and devices for resistance welding automation (such as PLC).
