Contact welding machine with radial stroke of electrodes PEI-POINT series BSP RF.

Pei-Point's BSP RF resistance spot welding machines use a pneumatic cylinder and radial movement of the upper arm to create force on the electrodes. The force on the electrodes depends on the set air pressure and the length of the overhang of the arms. For maximum productivity, BSP RF resistance welding machines are fully water-cooled - electrodes, electrode holders, arms and transformer. A significant advantage of this welding equipment is the peculiarity of the cooling design of the lower arm: cooling channels are made in the body of the arm, and the hoses are connected in the machine body - there are no hoses outside. This configuration allows you to weld pipes and fittings with a diameter of 75 mm (or from 55 mm using a reduced lower arm) and effectively use all 700 mm of the shoulder, allowing you to weld pipes up to 1500 mm in length.

The digital control unit for resistance spot welding PX1700, installed on this welding equipment, has a wide functionality that provides reliable control over the welding process. Has a built-in memory, supports recording up to 10 (optionally up to 100) different modes of resistance spot welding. Allows you to set the welding time, current rise time, the number and frequency of welding pulses, the holding time of the electrodes after welding and other parameters. The ability to connect a programmable logic controller (PLC) to the resistance welding control unit allows you to create a solution for automatic resistance welding.
