We present to your attention the BSP 216 RF spot welding machine from Pei-Point. A force on the electrodes creates by using a pneumatic cylinder, which is actuating by pressing the electronic pedal. The force on the electrodes depends on the set air pressure and the length of the shoulders.

The machine is equipped with shoulders with adjustable throat depth 410-700 mm and a direct electrode holder (it is possible to install an inclined electrode holder). The transformer with a capacity of 15 kVA allows to weld products from structural steel up to 1,5 mm thick.

The maximum performance of the BSP 216 RF welding machine is provided by water cooling of electrodes, electrode holders, shoulders and the transformer. Cooling of the lower arm is made in the body of the arm, and the connection of the hoses is made in the body of the machine - there are no hoses on the outside.

 This configuration allows you to weld pipes and fittings with a diameter of 75 mm (or 55 mm using a reduced lower arm) and effectively use all 700 mm of shoulder extension, which allows you to weld pipes up to 1500 mm long.

The PX1800 digital spot welding control unit installed on this welding equipment has a wide range of functionality, built-in memory, supports recording of up to 10 different contact spot welding modes and provides reliable control over the welding process. Allows you to adjust the welding time, current rise time, number and frequency of welding pulses, electrode retention time after welding and other parameters.
