To create a force on the electrodes in the contact spot welding machine BSP 226 RF, Pei-Point, uses a pneumatic cylinder, which is actuated by pressing the electronic pedal. The force on the electrodes depends on the set air pressure and the length of the shoulders.

The machine is equipped with shoulders with adjustable departure 410-700 mm and a straight or inclined electrode holder. Power of 25 kVA allows you to weld structural steel products up to 3 mm thick.

The maximum performance of the BSP 226 RF welding machine is provided by water cooling of electrodes, electrode holders, shoulders and the transformer. Cooling of the lower arm is made in the body of the arm, and the connection of the hoses is made in the body of the machine - there are no hoses on the outside.

This configuration allows you to weld pipes and fittings with a diameter of 75 mm (or 55 mm using a reduced lower arm) and effectively use all 700 mm of shoulder extension, which allows you to weld pipes up to 1500 mm long.

The PX1800 digital spot welding control unit installed on this welding equipment has a wide range of functionality, built-in memory, supports recording of up to 10 different contact spot welding modes and provides reliable control over the welding process. Allows you to adjust the welding time, current rise time, number and frequency of welding pulses, electrode retention time after welding and other parameters.
