Contact welding machine with radial stroke of electrodes PEI-POINT series PB.

These stationary radial type machines are designed to perform a wide range of tasks in the field of spot welding of steel parts. The radial type of machines is characterized by the fact that rotary motion is used to create a force on the electrodes. Such machines have a mechanical foot drive. High functionality of this device makes it possible to work in hard-to-reach places and with workpieces of various sizes and shapes.

There are several modifications in the PB series: 116, 126, 136.

PB Series

Machines of this series are called initial among the machines of contact welding, since they have a simplified design. However, this does not reduce its functionality and does not narrow the field of application. At the same time PB machines retain the best qualities and have a rather high productivity.

Total information:

- all machines of PB series have strong steel construction and high quality of assembly, which guarantees reliability and productivity;

- the main difference between the machines of this series is the possibility of adjusting the lower arm in a vertical plane, in height.

- system of water cooling of electrodes, electric holders, as well as transformer and arms (depends on the model);

- durable electrodes made of copper-chrome alloy, designed for continuous operation in heavy duty modes with long high loads;

- adjustable course of the electrodes themselves, straight and angled installation of electrodes;

- built-in safety thermostats that monitor the temperature of contact surfaces;

Features of the PB series:

- mechanical operator pedal, to control the welding process, eliminating the risk of untimely start / interruption of welding;

- the force on the electrodes is regulated by means of the air unit of the filter regulator;

- water cooling of the transformer, arms and electrodes allows to increase the time of continuous operation of the apparatus;

- welding controller S1, adjustment of the time and power of the welding pulse by means of potentiometers;
