Manual connecting press BTM HHP-V2.

Pneumatic clincher with one compressed air connection is a fast and ergonomic tool for joining metal workpieces by forming a mechanical lock. No rivets, clamps, welding or other additional operations - thanks to a clamping force of 35 kN, this press smoothly compresses the metal, connecting sheets and parts. Suitable for round Tog-L-Loc, rectangular Lance-N-Loc and oval Oval-Loc connections.

The technology of forming a mechanical lock is simple:
- first, the tool is fixed in the right place where the fastening will be carried out;
- the punch presses the material into the die;
- as the material is pressed into the die, the blades of the die open up, allowing the material to be distributed evenly, forming a strong connection.

Clinch formation

The opening of the jaws of the tool is large enough, which is convenient in work, especially when assembling air ducts. These lock are also widely used in the manufacture of automobiles, appliances, furniture, electrical products, building supplies, and more. The power cycle has a safe repetitive working stroke. The tool also has a built-in swivel mechanism that allows the jaws to rotate 360° when working. Mass center is balanced (6.5 kg weight) and the overall design is intended to work comfortably without excessive fatigue. The nozzles are replaceable and depending on the type of connection to be formed.
