Universal three-roll machine with electric drive 8266, NOSSTEC.

Our universal machine for medium and heavy duty production, suitable for most applications. Motor-powered with crowned rolls in needle bearings. The setting of the upper and lower rolls is by hand wheels via wormgears. The upper and lower rolls are driven by a worm gear motor. All transmission is built into one side of the machine making it a very compact design. The machine also has a frequency inverter as standard for variable feed speed. Plenty of options available. Standard electrical connection is 230V 1-phase 16A. The electrical equipment as per protection form IP54.

Equipment:

DIGITAL DISPLAY
Digital display for bending and/or lowering the rolls, showing the exact position of the rolls. Also available for pitch length.

CONE BENDING EQUIPMENT
Equipment including diagonal bending roll setup, brake shoe and dial wheel scale.

CONTROL PANEL
Portable control panel, replaces the stationary panel on the machine.

FREQUENCY CONVERTER
Allows you to change the working speed when working with complex workpieces. The speed varies between 20-60 Hz, which corresponds to 17-60 m/min.

BOTTOM ROLL DIAGONAL SETTING
Used in conjunction with cone bending equipment to optimize cone production.

HARDENED AND GRINDED ROLLS
Used in work with hard materials such as stainless steel. Induction hardening to a depth of at least 3 mm, 57HRC (hardness according to the Rockwell method).

BENDING WITH MOTOR AND/OR BOTTOM ROLLER
Adjustable using a stationary panel on the machine (standard) or using the optional control panel.

SPECIAL ROLLS
Rolls with grooves, rolls with adiprene coating. We can provide you with many special customized solutions.
