Motorized folding machine SCHECHTL MAX-F. 

The Schechtl MAX-F model is a universal folding machine that can be used to bend steel sheets up to 2 mm thick (for MAX-F 250) and a working length of up to 4040 mm (for MAX-F 400). This equipment is a reliable and high-performance solution for the company.

ЕСТ control
Allows you to use the touch screen to set the length of the element, bending angle, lifting height of the clamping beam. The back stop with the electric drive sets depth of installation to 750 mm, with an error to 0,3 mm. Up to 250 programs can be stored in the controller's memory, with 36 bending elements in each. A three-dimensional image of the product is displayed on the screen. The bending machine is started by means of a foot switch.

CNC (СNC S-Touch) control
The screen displays a graphical image of the bending process of the selected profile, an image of the position of the nested sheet before each bend, a guide for the operator from the moment the machine is turned on. Each work step is accompanied by a graphic image on the screen. By means of the controller such parameters as are set: depth of installation of a sheet, a bend angle, height of the rest, turn of an envelope. On the touch screen of sheet bending it is possible to search for a profile by designation, by sketch or by cross section.

The Fgeometry of the bending beam, fitted as standard and providing 14 mm free space behind the pivot point, is a particular highlight. The F-geometry has many advantages: For example problem-free bending of tight cap or omega profiles and the realisation of profiles that are difficult or even impossible to produce on other machines. In addition, the F-geometry reduces the danger of collision at the bending beam.

- 1 insert rail each 10/100 mm and 24/100 mm for bending beam;

- 16 amp connection plug with 5 m cable (within the EU);
- Connecting voltage: 3 x 400 Volt, 50 Hz (within the EU);
