Step drills Bit HSS, CBN polished with a spiral groove with sharpening of the point. 

New powerful step drills RUKO are obtained by grinding them from a solid solid shape with the help of cubic boron nitride - CBN. Since CBN is a material more durable than silicon carbide or corundum, the cutting edges of the drills are more durable and sharp.

Description:
1. Thanks to the CBN grooves, the cutting edges are made sharper and without burrs, which ensures high cutting ability and wear resistance of drills.
2. Radial CBN - grinding allows to achieve the highest accuracy of the diameter of the cutting edge.
3. A straight or helical flute groove provides absolutely quiet running and high cutting performance. When using a spiral-shaped flute, the chip removal is as clean as when using a spiral drill.
4. The conical shape allows easy extraction of the drill from the material being processed.
5. Special CBN - sharpening of the point allows centering and drilling of even thin sheet material.

Product usage:
1. Ideal tool for processing sheet material. It is used in such industries as electrical engineering, plumbing, heating devices production, car service, aviation production, electronics, etc.
2. The tool is suitable for working on conventional industrial materials, such as non-ferrous metals, tool steel, plastic, duroplastic, and also sheet steel with sheet thickness not more than 4.0 mm.
