Gesipa TAURUS 1 SPEED RIVET is a new tool for installing cassette rivets from the leading manufacturer of riveting equipment GESIPA. The TAURUS series of tools uses a unique modular system developed by GESIPA, which minimizes the need for a large number of spare parts and allows maintenance to be carried out easily and quickly, as well as providing high power for such a light tool. You will be able to customize your TAURUS riveter according to the requirements of each individual task. A wide range of options offers the user great flexibility.

Speed Rivet Technology, also called cassette rivet technology, is a connection method that requires access from only one side and, thanks to the use of pre-packed rivets in cassettes and automatic feeding, allows to achieve short cycles. After the deposition operation, the riveter automatically delivers the next cassette rivet. This technology is used in industry, electronics, the production of lighting devices, lightweight structures or in aviation. The convenient ability to work with one hand allows you to quickly find the hole and easily perform connection operations.

Optimum use of compressed air is a cost-effective technology that has no analogues in the world.

The air required for the rivet installation operation is used twice by the GESIPA® system: first for the deposition of the extraction rivet and then for ejection. Thus, with the double use of compressed air, there is no need for expensive clean compressed air, which is required in other tools offered on the market, even just to throw out the rod. And, finally, thanks to this technology, the noise level of TAURUS® series instruments is significantly reduced.
