Blind strengthened rivets GO-BULB / GO-INOX - Ø 3.2 / 4.0 / 4.8 / 6.0 mm (galvanized, stainless steel); 

The rugged GO-BULB / GO-INOX rivets are used for joining steel parts, where special attention is paid to the high tensile and shear strength of the joint. During installation, a strong fixation of the rod inside the rivet housing is ensured, due to incisions. Do not damage the connected parts. Provides a tight sealed connection, resistance to vibration. The rivet is designed for heavy loads, high resistance to vibration, watertight (sealed).

TESTED ACCORDING TO ISO14589

This ISO 14589 test includes the following items:
Shear strength

Tensile strength

Principle of the mandrel pull-out test (before installation)
The test consists of axially loading the mandrel from the head side of the blind rivet until it is pulled out. Principle of the mandrel breaking load test The test consists of loading the mandrel, pulled out of the rivet body, in a test fixture with a tensile load until it breaks.
Principle of the head holding capacity test
The test consists of axially loading the mandrel from the head side of the installed blind rivet to a load that ensures the head is held.
