The split rivet "GO-SPLIT" has a large range of sizes of clamping parts, automatic adjustment for the thickness of the material, convenient compression; perfectly suited for working with plastic, thin sheet metal or hollow profile, as well as in cases where high pulling force is required; high thread stability.

Split riveted nut allows to increase the area of pressing of the fastened material, thereby increasing the strength of installation. Since the pressure is distributed over a larger area, this type of rivet is ideal for use in brittle and loose materials of varying thickness. To install a rivet, it is not necessary to produce diametrically accurate holes, since it adapts to holes of different widths. The internal thread adopts standard metric screws, which makes it possible to create assembly units even on thin and loose workpieces.

To install the rivet nuts you need a manual or pneumohydraulic riveting tool. To install the rivet nut M3, M4, M5, M6, riveters are used: one-handed riveter GO-35, two-handed GO-6-SK, two-handed GO-6-SP with accelerator (worm gear for fast rod rotation). For the installation of the rivet nut M5, M6, M8, M10, riveters are used: two-handed GO-520, two-handed with accelerator GO-510, two-handed with accelerator GO-10-SP, ratchet GO-12-N, pneumohydraulic riveting tool AIRPOWER 4, pneumohydraulic riveter RL 50 AS.
