Motorized folding machine SCHECHTL MAE.

Schechtl MAE bending machines are a universal bending machine with a working length of up to 4040 mm (for MAE 400) and the ability to bend steel sheets up to 4.0 mm thick (for MAE 200). Schehtl MAE sheet bender is one of the most powerful machines. High wear resistance of guides and bearings provides the minimum need for maintenance.

CNC (СNC S-Touch) control
The screen displays a graphical image of the bending process of the selected profile, an image of the position of the nested sheet before each bend, a guide for the operator from the moment the machine is turned on. Each work step is accompanied by a graphic image on the screen. By means of the controller such parameters as are set: depth of installation of a sheet, a bend angle, height of the rest, turn of an envelope. On the touch screen of sheet bending it is possible to search for a profile by designation, by sketch or by cross section.

The CNC controller has the following main advantages:
