Manual pneumatic connecting press JURADO PYTHON LA (clinch).

Python LA – pneumatic hydraulic press for joining sheet metal up to 4 mm. The machine is able to perform clinching points in places inaccessible to other types of tools. Thanks to its mechanical head opening system, the Python LA is able to overcome obstacles, such as a bent edge, and perform bulging beyond them. The Python LA can operate with a force of up to 35 kN, which makes it a very powerful tool, as well as versatile. It is supplied with a gyroscopic support and can be equipped with tool sets with round and trapezoidal dies of different heights and sizes according to the type and thickness of the sheet metal.

Booster

The tool is supplied with a high-pressure hydraulic hose and an air pressure booster.

The booster consists of a pneumatic-hydraulic cylinder, with a simple supply of compressed air, increases the pressure of the oil contained in it by 60 times, 1 bar of air accounts for 60 bars of oil, so 6 bars of standard pressure accounts for 360 bars of compressed oil. The system is designed to power tool heads that connect sheet metals.
