The Schechtl UKF manual segmented bending machine is a universal machine for bending steel sheets up to 1.5 mm, making complex parts such as high-walled boxes. There are separated removable elements on all three beams of bending machine: clamping, lower and bending. Segments have various width from 30 to 100 mm. The segments attaching to the beams with a patented connection. Due to this, they are quickly installable and removable. The combination of different widths of the installed segments makes it possible to bend the elements of the sheet of different lengths around the perimeter. The processed sheet can be bended in different directions, without damaging previously bent elements and without installing additional equipment. Segment folding machine makes it possible to make several fold transitions without additional settings and time.
