Seam welding machine PEI-POINT series PFR.

These stationary machines are a kind of contact welding machines, because the workpieces are connected by a seam consisting of separate welding points, as a result of rolling the workpiece between two disk electrodes (rollers). Such devices are mainly used in the manufacture of containers, such as bulk bunkers, tanks, barrels, siphons, as well as in the manufacture of pipes, ducts, ventilation systems, etc.

There are several modifications in the PFR series: 181, 201, 231.

Features of the PFR series:

- all machines of the series have a solid mechanical construction, are distinguished by high build quality and reliability in operation;

- water cooling system for rollers and heads-holders;

- built-in safety thermostats that monitor the temperature of the contact surfaces;

- drive for one or two rollers with differential gear;

- durable and wear resistant cobalt-beryllium rollers;

- the ability to control the speed using a mechanical variator;

- optional: the ability to adjust the speed using an inverter potentiometer drive;

- digital welding controller PX1700 with a wide functionality, which provides synchronous control of the welding process. Has built-in memory, supports recording up to 9 different welding programs. Allows you to adjust the time, smoothness, frequency of welding pulses, pauses between them, retention, automatic repetition, the function of welding unrefined and contaminated blanks (including with traces of oxidation), etc .;
