Butt welding machine PEI-POINT BTW series.

Industrial butt welding machine, which differs from other contact welding machines with higher productivity, ensures high strength of the welded joint and minimal deformation/damage to the parts when they are joined. Such machines are primarily suitable for welding fittings, rods, lattice structures, wires.

There are several modifications in the BTW series: 116, 126, 136

Features of the BTW series:

- all machines of the series have a solid mechanical construction, are distinguished by high build quality and reliability in operation;

- water cooling system for work surfaces, components and transformer;

- the ability to adjust the gap between the pressure plates (electrodes);

- the plates themselves (electrodes) are made of a copper-chrome alloy, designed for long-lasting high loads when operating in heavy duty;

- adjustable clamping and upsetting force;

- built-in safety thermostats that monitor the temperature of the contact surfaces and prevent overheating;

- full pneumatic drive, control using a foot pedal;

- pneumatic filter-control unit with a semi-automatic condensate drain system;

- the pneumatic cylinder does not require lubrication;

- low noise emission of air due to special silencers;

- the possibility of synchronous (standard) or independent (optional) compression of two pressure plates;

- digital welding controller PX1700 with a wide range of functionality that provides control over the welding process. It has a built-in memory, supports recording up to 10 (optionally up to 100) different welding programs. Allows you to adjust the welding time, current rise time, number and frequency of welding pulses, electrode retention time after welding, automatic repetition of the welding cycle, etc.;
